Good evening, Woohoo Rooms Fuencarral is a newly built hostel with two kind of rooms, Double room with double bed and Familiar room with a double bed and a bunk bed. All the rooms are fully equipped (with bed sheets of course) and have a private bathroom.

Is the airport shuttle free? And does it run 24 hours? Also, what is the difference between this and a hotel?

Lovely hidden gem in the city in the middle of everything.
The place was well designed, clean and comfortable.
Finding it on the street took a few minutes... improved signage would be nice. Minor detail.

Superb
Lovely, clean, comfortable room in a bustling shopping area walking distance to all the main sites and close to the metro. Staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and kind. Effective air con, very necessary in the April heatwave. Worth noting that staff work between a couple of different sites so will arrive to check you in at the time you say you will be there so better to give a timeframe rather than an exact time. We were unexpectedly early so waited in the nearby bar until they arrived. Not putting this as a negative as staff were very quick to respond when I messaged and went above and beyond to make up for what was barely an inconvenience!
There was a bit of noise from the street overnight as there are some clubs nearby and the street felt a little sketchy after midnight
